SYSTEM ACCESS AGREEMENT
By accessing the Ethan Control interface, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms governing your use of our advanced AI systems and neural networks.
LIABILITY CLAUSE
YOU BREAK IT. YOU PAY FOR IT.
Any damage, malfunction, or unauthorized access to Ethan Control systems resulting from user actions will be the sole responsibility of the user. Full compensation for damages will be required.
SECURITY PROTOCOLS
Users must maintain strict security protocols. Any breach of system integrity, unauthorized data access, or manipulation of neural networks will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
NEURAL LINK AGREEMENT
Connection to Ethan Control neural networks requires full compliance with established protocols. Users acknowledge that any interference with AI systems may result in permanent access revocation and system blacklisting.
DATA HANDLING
All data processed through Ethan Control systems remains the property of Ethan Control Systems. Users may not extract, copy, or distribute system data without explicit authorization.
TERMINATION
Ethan Control Systems reserves the right to terminate access at any time for violations of these terms. Termination may include system lockdown and legal proceedings if necessary.
